Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small and lacked a bath, but the view over the steeples, round tower, and beautiful street was absolutely stunning. The service was mostly excellent, although there was a mishap with my tooth replacement being accidentally thrown away. The location was truly perfect, with easy access to major attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes being disappointing. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
During my 4-day visit, the hotel rooms were elegant, immaculate, and everything I could have wished for. The room size was pretty good, and the bathroom was very spacious. However, some rooms had no window or only a window looking down to the lobby, which was a downside.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were new, stylish, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, the floor was a bit scuffed, and the promised view was missing. The service was top-notch, with excellent and very friendly staff. The location was great, within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and close to the train station. The dining experience was good, with a buffet style offering a wide range of quality food. The hotel's facilities were also excellent.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were stylish and well-appointed, but some aspects showed signs of age. The service was warm and attentive, enhancing my stay. The location was excellent, central to everything in Copenhagen. The dining experience was terrific, with a great buffet. However, there were some old bathrooms and finishes in the rooms, and the pricing could be considered high for the value offered.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The room had a beautiful view and was very clean and comfortable, but I wished there were towel hooks that didn't hang over the toilet paper. The service was excellent - the staff congratulated us on the baby and were very keen to ensure we had a great stay, despite a slight mishap with our dinner reservation. The location was perfect, just off the main Nyhavn canal, within walking distance of the main shopping streets and Tivoli Gardens. The dining options were delicious, though I found them a bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The facilities were great, and I enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with all the creature comforts provided in a great location close to shops and restaurants. However, the only downside was the lack of an additional bed for the 3rd person in the room.
The hotel rooms are quiet, comfortable, and clean with a Scandinavian design and nice lighting, though some areas appear old and dated. The service was friendly and accommodating, with the only weakness being some delays in attending to guests. The location is superb, offering easy access to train and metro stations for convenient travel around town. The dining experience provided a variety of choices, though it could get crowded at times. Overall, a good value for the money.
